Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, please contact us at abraru8207@gmail.com before sending the item. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Damaged, defective, incorrect, sale, gift card, personalized, perishable, hazardous, and certain personal-care items are non-returnable. EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days as permitted by applicable law.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
